you don't have to take any extreme measures to lose fat, a lot of the time it'll actually work against you. as long as you're eating clean and working out consistently you should definitely see progress
I eat so well with 1 cheat meal a week and I do some sort of cardio or weight lifting everyday. I don’t get it :(
Why is it a race darling?
As the weather gets warmer I feel sick to my stomach showing any skin with what I wear when my body isn’t where I want it to be yet. I want to get spring/summer clothes and feel confident in every piece.
Im in this race against time to get my body fat percentage down is so much pressure and guilt building on me for every bite of food I take and every minute I’m not spending in my basement working out
